Aerobic system repair & service
Aerobic treatment units are the common answer to thin Hill Country soil, and they have moving parts: air compressors, spray pumps, float switches, chlorinators, control panels. When the red alarm light comes on, one of those is the reason. We diagnose it on site rather than replacing the whole panel and hoping.

Maintenance contracts on aerobic units
Texas requires an aerobic system to be under a maintenance agreement, with scheduled visits and reporting to the county. We hold those contracts, keep the visits on a calendar so you are not the one tracking them, and file what has to be filed.

Conventional & aerobic installation
New build, failed system replacement, or an addition that has outgrown the drainfield. That means a site evaluation, a design sized to the bedrooms and the soil, the permit through the county as the authorised agent for the state, then the install and the final inspection.

Real-estate & compliance inspections
Buying or selling an acreage property in Hays County usually means somebody wants the on-site sewage facility looked at before closing. We inspect it, tell you plainly what is wrong and what it costs, and put it in writing for the file.

Tank pumping runs on its own line and its own trucks. If the tank is simply full, you will get there faster by calling that number directly than by going through the office.
02 Why septic is different out here

West of Austin the topsoil is measured in inches, and under it is fractured limestone. A conventional drainfield needs depth to work, and on a lot of these lots the depth is simply not there.
That is why so much of Hays County runs aerobic systems with a spray field: the effluent is treated to a standard that lets it be dispersed at the surface instead of soaking down through soil that is not deep enough to filter it.
It also means the system has electrical parts, a maintenance schedule and a county file. A septic company that mostly works east of I-35 on deep blackland clay is solving a different problem to the one in your yard.
